Lamb Mandi

Our most celebrated dish. A whole slow-cooked lamb, prepared in the Yemeni tradition — gently lowered into a vessel of glowing coals, sealed with dough, and left to become extraordinarily tender over hours of patient cooking.

Served over fragrant saffron rice studded with raisins, fried onions, and toasted nuts. A dish made for gathering.

The Grand Mezze

No Tinaar meal begins without the mezze. A flowing spread of cold and hot appetisers — silky hummus, smoky mutabbal, crisp fattoush, golden kibbeh, stuffed vine leaves, and warm freshly-baked bread.

Designed for the table to share, linger over, and return to throughout the meal.

Tinaar Mixed Grill

Our mixed grill brings together the best of the charcoal fire: spiced kofta, juicy shish tawook, marinated lamb chops, and chicken thighs — each piece fragrant with a house blend of Middle Eastern spices.

Served over a bed of saffron rice with a trio of sauces and charred flatbread.
